Puerto Vallarta

 

We had a great day in Puerto Vallarta after finding a taxi. We had a little trouble navigating the port to find a regular taxi. All the taxis inside the port area were shuttles to the Malecon or taxi drivers who wanted to provide day long tours. We finally figured out you had to walk the fence to find taxi drivers who would take you to exactly where you wanted to go. They were all parked in the mall parking lot.

It was an easy ride to Dreams Vallarta Bay. We had a great tour and then enjoyed the day in the swim up bar. 

We ate lunch on the adults only Secrets Side at Oceana seafood restaurant. The shrimp and fish tacos were very good. Glenn also had the steak sandwich. Glenn got to play pool volleyball. Getting a taxi back was easy. We had a decent dinner with Ruth and Bill. Glenn loved the meatballs appetizer.

After dinner, we hung out at Pig and Anchor for a while with Andrei and Danini. They are always fun.

Today is Mazatlán, but it’s a work day for me so we’ll stay on board. Glenn is up in the Serenity area.
