It basically rained the whole trip. That's the risk traveling during hurricane season. The resort was great. We loved the service and the restaurants. We got to release sea turtles and see a wonderful concert on the beach by a group inspired by the Three Tenors.
We took a snorkeling tour in the rain. It was a little harrowing as several people on the tour didn't know how to swim. The crew did the best job they could.
