Skagway, Alaska

Today we explored Skagway one of my favorite small towns. We had the most perfect weather. Sunny skies and 12°!! We went to the Skagway Brewing Company and also Klondike Brewing. Skagway has been here for a long time. Klondike is relatively new. We discovered them in 2021 and have been back several times. Skagway gets all the publicity but Klondike has the better beer.   

Also went to one.of.our new favorites Skagway Spirits Distillery. They make their own spirits and have interesting cocktails. Worth the 20 minute walk the next time you're in Skagway. Definitely try the Rhubarb Collins or the Spruce Tip Tonic.  

We headed back to the ship and had a mandatory rest period. We are meeting our fellow travelers at 6 PM in the Crow's Nest. Then will have dinner in Club Orange.  

Tomorrow we sail into Glacier Bay which is always the highlight of any inside passage cruise to Alaska. The park rangers come onboard and provide narration of what we are seeing.
