10.30.15 - 11.1.15 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic

My parents met Glenn and I over at Disney World to enjoy the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. We love this event. Disney has some great restaurants and we like the live band with all the different wine options.  We ate at Sanaa, Flying Fish, bluezoo, and Raglan Road. We also attended a great wine blending seminar. We even fit in a little mini-golf.

10.24.15 - 10.29.15 Mark Travel Summit

In October, I headed to the Mark Travel Summit in Cancun, Mexico with my fellow travel agent Sue Ann. We had a blast and got to visit a lot of great resorts and attend helpful workshops.

10.16.15 - 10.20.15 Boston meets Indy

My parents graciously offered us their Colts versus Patriots tickets for October and our friends Tom and Margaret drove in from Boston to go with us. It was so much fun to combine a visit with my family and our Boston friends. We had a great time and even fit in a trip to an apple orchard, a birthday party for my mom, trying a new brewery, and some driveway sitting.

10.8.15 - 10.12.15 Adventures in Babysitting

In mid-October, I headed to St Louis to babysit my friends' children so they could celebrate a 40th birthday. It was a good adventure enjoying the great fall weather.

9.25.15 - 9.27.15 Valpo Homecoming

We headed back to Valparaiso University for my 15 year reunion. We also got a chance to visit our friends Jon and Jackie. We finally got to visit Three Floyds.  The best part of the weekend was playing euchre on a restaurant patio with my college roommate and two friends. It was worth the trip just for that. We also got to try a new restaurant in Chicago for brunch.

9.16.15 - 9.20.15 Disney World

Glenn and I decided to take a longer trip to Disney World to see the new attractions and enjoy some of the great restaurants. We had a blast.  We spent one night in the family suites at Art of Animation and then moved over to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge is like staying in a zoo.

A Labor Day Wedding

Over Labor Day weekend, we headed to Chester, Vermont for Glenn's nephew's wedding. It was gorgeous! We stayed at a cute bed and breakfast called the Chester House Inn. 

 

We had a wonderful time catching up with family. We discovered that the Irish Pub in Chester was delicious and run by an Irishman. 

The site of the wedding was gorgeous and the weather was perfect to watch Nick and Devon get hitched. 

 

We had a blast dancing the night away. The next morning, Glenn's brother Scott hosted a jazz brunch. The food was amazing and it was nice to have time to visit with everyone before hitting the road.
