12.14.13 Busch Gardens Christmas Town

To get in the holiday spirit, on December 14th Glenn and I headed to Busch Gardens Christmas Town event. They close the Park at 5:00 pm. You buy a special ticket to enter at 6:00 pm. The event includes a Snow World – with “snow” to play in, throw snowballs and even go sledding.

They have special shows, light displays, and some of the roller coasters are open. We had a great time. We arrived at the park right before 5:00 pm. We entered and then doubled back to get our wristbands. Snow World was open to pass holders so we were able to head in with no wait.

We really enjoyed walking around the Park between 5 pm – 6pm. It felt like we had the place to ourselves and we go to enjoy all the light displays.

I loved the Sing – A – Long train. Glenn loved going on his favorite roller coasters without a wait. The best show was the Angels Ice Show. It featured some talented skaters and amazing acrobats.

Overall, a very fun evening.
